In this episode of SHOWCASE by Hussel, we tour 374 Sunset Avenue, a custom-built luxury residence in Oak Bay, BC. Built by Seba Construction, the home blends warm contemporary design, custom craftsmanship, and thoughtfully integrated technology to create a residence that feels both sophisticated and comfortable. Hosted by Lewis Ratcliff of The Ratcliff Group, we move through five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, expansive entertaining spaces, and a full lower recreation level featuring a private home theatre, wet bar, and integrated Control4 automation. Throughout the home, custom millwork, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, radiant in-floor heating, triple-glazed windows, automated blinds, and an elevator showcase the level of detail invested in every aspect of the build.
